Open Age is hiring a Project Co-ordinator to join our Be Active Step-Down Service on a permanent, part-time basis.
The role covers Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea, with 21 hours spread across three days to support isolated older people after a fall, stroke or illness.
You will work with the Senior Project Co-ordinator to co-ordinate referrals, match volunteers, recruit and train volunteers, and handle administration and monitoring to keep the service running smoothly.
