We are a bespoke electronic security company working predominantly in central London, looking for a dynamic operations person who can support the business. The Operations Co-Ordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company. This position supports various departments, coordinates logistics and resources, and ensures deadlines and operational goals are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Day to day operations: Working directly for the Head of Operations, you will assist in the day-to-day operational aspects of the business, including answering telephone calls and emails in a courteous manner, providing support for all clients, and running the service desk for all clients.
  • Planned preventative maintenance: Manage regular pre-planned visits to inspect security systems, including contract management, client liaison, reporting & documentation, team support, and working with 3rd party contractors.
  • Opem Control: Oversee the control room that monitors installations outside of normal working hours, including investigation of high levels of alarms, working alongside the Head of Operations to minimise alarms, and ensuring clients follow procedures to limit false alarms.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with a wide range of people
  • Be prepared to work with minimum supervision or as part of a team
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
