Your Opportunity
As Trade & Revenue Lead – UK, you’ll be a key driver of commercial excellence. Reporting to the Western Europe Zone TRM Head and working closely with the UK Country Head, you’ll lead the charge in optimising pricing, promotions, and portfolio strategy to unlock value and accelerate growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead Commercial Policy Design – Collaborate with commercial team to create best-in-class activation strategies across channels, aligned with GTN targets and pay for performance objectives. Own Pricing Strategy – Manage local pricing processes, leveraging competitive insights, pricing strategy and pack-price architecture. Drive Promotional ROI – Analyse promotional effectiveness to optimise in-store investment and execution. Optimise Product & Channel Mix – Use data-driven insights to improve SKU, brand, and customer mix in line with segmentation strategy. Champion Portfolio Optimization – Identify opportunities for improved pack price architecture, harmonised pack sizes, and innovation-led growth. Support Cost of Goods Strategy – Partner with brand and finance team to assess COGS impact and drive profitability. Translate Sales Out to Sales In – Lead this critical process within Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to ensure robust forecasting.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and ready to challenge the status quo.
Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, or Analytics
Experience – Background in revenue management, finance, commercial, FMCG, consumer healthcare, or consultancy
Analytical Mindset – Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
Strategic Thinker – Able to turn data into actionable commercial strategies
Change Agent – Comfortable challenging norms and driving transformation
Collaborative Communicator – Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
