As a Senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and driving the technical aspects of our projects, using your expertise in technology to deliver high quality solutions. This role requires solid technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering solutions. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, support junior members of the team, and strive to improve how we deliver our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to foster growth and excellence.
- Lead technology projects and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality adherence.
- Work with project teams to plan, estimate and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to design and architectural decisions, providing feedback leading to better solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive alignment between technology and business needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and value delivery.
- Create, maintain and enforce policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of technology systems and data.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.
