As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, we’re looking for an experienced wealth management professional who can combine strong analytical capability, sound judgement and commercial awareness to strengthen how we oversee and report on our proposition.
Location: National, with 40% hybrid working from one of our hub locations (Edinburgh, Leeds, London, Dundee or Bristol).
Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31/03/2028
Salary: £56,060 - £61,666 National, £65,387 - £71,925 London
The role involves:
- Taking a leading role in the ongoing oversight of our products and services, ensuring they meet client needs, regulatory expectations and business standards.
- Maintaining and developing the framework used to monitor client outcomes across the Lloyds Wealth proposition.
- Leading Consumer Duty reporting, Fair Value Assessments, Proposition Reviews and Target Market reporting.
- Identifying emerging risks and opportunities to improve client outcomes.
- Turning data and insight into clear recommendations and practical action.
- Developing dashboards, monitoring indicators, review triggers and escalation processes.
- Supporting the effective operation of key governance forums, preparing papers, presenting findings and overseeing the delivery of agreed actions.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a subject matter expert.

What you’ll bring:
- Significant knowledge and experience of the wealth management sector.
- A strong understanding of the UK wealth and asset management market and its regulatory environment.
- Experience of proposition governance, client outcomes monitoring, reporting, Fair Value Assessments or product and service reviews.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability.
- Experience developing or improving management information, reporting frameworks, performance indicators or governance processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing third-party relationships.
- The ability to stay informed about regulatory and industry developments.
