Lloyds Wealth aims to improve the way financial advice is offered by making it more affordable, accessible and impactful for more people. To facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for clients by providing comprehensive process support, ensuring the preparation and completion of necessary documentation, account opening, and fulfilment processes are executed promptly and accurately, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role may focus on one or more of the following teams: client onboarding (account fulfilment), Switches & Transfers (information requests and analysis on 3rd party products) and Report Writing (support with completion of the financial plan). This role emphasises the importance of optimal servicing in client onboarding, highlighting the need for client centricity, precision and efficiency.

  • Execute the account opening process, adhering to SLAs and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Review and analyse information received from third parties and advisers to produce outputs that are both client and adviser friendly.
  • Assist in the completion of financial plans, ensuring they align with client goals and adviser guidance.
  • Address and resolve client and adviser requests in a timely and high-quality manner, maintaining strong attention to detail.
