As a Key Account Manager with OpalTec International you will be responsible for fostering relationships with key customers within the Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Mapping target accounts and building relationships with key customers via telephone and other lead generation methods
- Identifying new opportunities within your customer base and securing orders to ensure sales targets are consistently met
- Reactivating lapsed accounts
- Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in OpalTec’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Collaborating with OpalTec’s Technical, Commercial, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Good written and verbal communications skills, especially by phone
- Experience in business development and account management in a technical environment
- Ability to build lasting commercial relationshipsExperience in business planning to ensure revenue and margin targets are met
- Enthusiasm, confidence and inquisitiveness
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to handle rejection
Hours of work:
This is a Full-Time position - 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive.
- £30k - £35k starting salary (negotiable according to background and experience)

This role is based at our offices in Avonmouth, Bristol - Remote / Hybrid Working is not an option
You will need a valid UK Driving licence and your own transport as public transport links to Avonmouth are not reliable
