Line manage site-based teams including Supervisors, Electricians / Wirepeople, Jointers, and Fitters. Support performance, engagement, and ongoing skills development. - Shape Workforce Capability
Partner with Project Leads and Operations Managers to forecast capacity and future resource requirements. Identify skills gaps, risks, and constraints – and help build solutions. - Optimise External Labour
Manage and develop relationships with third-party labour providers to ensure flexible, compliant, value-for-money resourcing. - Support Recruitment & Onboarding
Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to secure talent and support onboarding and upskilling. - Provide Critical Visibility & Insight

Help roll out consistent resource management processes across all OCU Connect teams. Champion compliance, safety, and high performance in everything you do.
Your Impact
You’ll be accountable for:
- Effective and timely resource deployment
- 95%+ planned utilisation
- Zero project delays due to resourcing
- Accurate, up-to-date resource data
- Strong stakeholder relationships
- Quarterly forecasting and capability planning
- Driving continuous improvement in resource processes
This isn’t just a scheduling role – it’s a strategic function that underpins project delivery and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
