The Off-Payroll & Compliance Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Subcontractor Compliance team with recruitment processes, compliance checks, and onboarding activities. This position ensures that all recruitment and compliance procedures are followed accurately and efficiently, contributing to an effective onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
- Compliance Checks: Verify candidate documentation, including right to work, accreditations, and other required certifications. Maintain accurate records of compliance checks and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding activities, such as IT equipment requests, vehicle requests, and induction scheduling. Act as a point of contact for new starters, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
- General Administration: Maintain recruitment and compliance trackers.
