Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced civils team. You’ll coordinate field teams, organise permits, and manage schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across North West sites. A great opportunity for those with strong admin skills or those looking to break into scheduling or utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule field engineers to attend sites and resolve reported issues
  • Organise permits, dates, and job bookings using internal systems
  • Liaise with managers and engineers to keep workflows on track
  • Ensure service level targets are met through efficient planning
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to engineer updates within deadlines
  • Use systems like OCU One, Citrix, and ETA

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong admin background (civils, commercial, construction, or general)
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel and IT systems (basic level OK)
  • Knowledge of North West geography (Lancaster/Wrexham ideal)
  • Excellent communicator with a team-first attitude
