The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Peterborough office. This role is perfect for someone ambitious, organised, and ready to grow with us. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Operations teams, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently while working with a variety of stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Do
Support project delivery by managing action logs, project files, and documentation
Liaise with groundworkers and onsite teams regarding timesheets, job packs, and queries
Update internal systems, validate civils works, and support payroll and process administration
Collaborate with project and commercial teams to ensure workflows are efficient and compliant
Prepare and issue project start-up and close-out packs
Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are always met
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to engage professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
Previous admin, project support, or coordination experience (desirable but not essential)
