Throughout 2025, OCU Group has been experiencing a sustained period of growth and expansion. Due to this and our continued work winning success, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced CAD Design Engineer to join our team based in the Levenshulme!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the team with all aspects of works.
- Prepare bore profiles and as-built drawings.
- Prepare risk assessments and method statements.
- Undertake topographic surveys.
- Manage borehole operations of third parties.
- Prepare technical proposals.
- To carry out any projects or functions.
- You will be required to assist, as part of the team, in the site mobilisation set up and demobilisation by setting up/packing away supplies and equipment as directed by the site manager in a safe and efficient manner.
- All candidates will be expected to complete mandatory training in line with site regulations, if not already held.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working with AutoCAD.
- Full driving license (no more than 6 points)
- Must be willing to work alone or as a team.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have good communication skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the industry would be advantageous.
- Experience in using Surveying Equipment
