As an Assistant Accountant, you will be supporting the production of the monthly management accounts, assisting in controlling the balance sheet of the company ensuring prepayments and accruals are correctly stated. Assisting the Finance Manager in the analysis of actual spend to budget through the year and any other general finance tasks, * Supporting in preparation of monthly management accounts.

Bank reconciliation.

Fixed assets.

Accruals and prepayments.

Credit card analysis and reconciliation on concur management system.

Petty cash.
-
Assisting with production of monthly Board pack.

Preparing various reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

Assisting with other aspects of finance as required.

Cover for AP and AR.
-
Assist with year-end audit preparation.
-
Updating Marine insurance.
-
Reception cover as and when required.
-
Any other adhoc work when required.
