4 On 4 Off Night HGV Tanker Driver in Ossett | Nights | Full-Time | Immediate Starts Available

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for experienced HGV Tanker Drivers to join our expanding night operations team in Ossett on a 4 on 4 off rota. This isn’t just another driving job. You’ll be part of a hardworking, supportive team delivering critical drainage and environmental services — responding to emergencies, solving problems, and keeping vital infrastructure running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating specialist jetting, suction, and vacuum tankers
- Attending emergency call-outs including flooding, sewer blockages, and pollution incidents
- Safely collecting, transporting, and disposing of liquid waste
- Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring compliance standards are met
- Completing job reports and operational paperwork accurately
- Supporting wider field teams when required
No two nights are the same, and every shift brings something different.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 2 Licence (Class 1 beneficial)
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Tanker experience advantageous, but training can be provided
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, adaptable, and happy working nights
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience or training in any of the following is highly desirable:
- High-pressure water jetting
- First Aid
- Manual Handling
- Drainage, utilities, or environmental services
