We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Operative to join a well-established contractor working across the Livingston / West Lothian area. This is a genuine long-term opportunity with a company that has a trading history dating back to 1989, built on a strong reputation for reliability, quality workmanship, and value for money. Their experienced team delivers full project support from initial planning and groundwork through to completion and ongoing maintenance.

The Role: You’ll be working as part of a skilled civils team carrying out a range of groundwork and plant operations on live sites across the region.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced Civils Operative
- Valid digger and dumper tickets
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, hard-working and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a DNA test
What’s on offer:

- 8–10 hour days, Monday to Friday
