We are looking for a skilled Solar PV Engineer to jump into our solar operations team. If you love hands-on work and keeping solar PV systems running safe, smooth, and efficient, this could be your next gig!

What you'll be up to:

  • Fixing, testing, and maintaining solar PV systems
  • Spotting issues and sorting them out, whether planned or unexpected
  • Troubleshooting AC and DC faults
  • Logging your daily wins in our online system
  • Keeping sites safe with risk assessments and reporting near misses
  • Coordinating contractors and making sure everyone works safely
  • Staying up to speed on health, safety, and fire regulations
  • Being ready for the occasional night away or weekend rota (with extra pay!)

What you bring to the table:

  • Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations
  • C&G 2382-18 and 2391-52 (or equivalent)
  • HV AP qualification
  • 3+ years Solar PV O&M experience (ground mount)
  • Solid knowledge of AC/DC and HV systems, plus testing gear
  • Familiar with CCTV and SCADA systems
  • First Aid & Fire Marshal trained (or keen to learn)
  • Bonus points for Harness and IOSH qualifications (we can train!)
