We’ve partnered with one of the UK’s leading Health-Tech start-ups that is going through incredible growth and is looking for a VP, Product Design to lead a super-talented team of Product Designers. You’ll be working with other vertical leads to help shape the product and assist the organisation in moving towards more behavioural change.
Experience you’ll need for this role:
- Someone who’s been involved in both hands-on work and leading a team of nearly 20+
- Someone who’s been involved in vision-setting and shaping strategy work and worked on behavioural change consumer work
- You’ve been involved in shipping some of the world’s best products to consumers
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Product Design, User Research, and Content Design
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing design teams
- Proficiency in creating and implementing strategic design processes
