We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of key initiatives that drive user activation and accelerate monetisation. In this role, you’ll team up with brilliant minds across Product, Engineering, and Growth to shape seamless, delightful experiences that maximise value for both users and the business. You’ll work across the entire product ecosystem, crafting intuitive onboarding flows, building innovative activation strategies, and running bold experiments to optimize upgrade, pricing, and payment journeys. Every touchpoint you refine will help users unlock the magic of the product faster and more effortlessly. From initial problem-solving to final UI and visual design, you’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, high-impact solutions. You’ll leverage data and research insights to inform your decisions and collaborate closely with teams to iterate and ship new ideas that drive business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product design strategy for Monetisation & Activation.
- Lead end-to-end design efforts, from ideation and research to prototyping and implementation.
- Spearhead research initiatives, including usability testing and exploratory studies.
- Evaluate and design a cohesive user experience across different touchpoints.
- Experiment with new ideas to optimise key user journeys and drive growth.
- Use data and insights to inform design decisions while balancing technical and business constraints.
