We are currently seeking a Networker to be the face of our brand across the London and South East region. We are looking for someone who’s smart, humble, and hungry, with a genuine passion for people and a proactive mindset. This is an exciting, client-facing role, ideal for someone who loves getting out into the market, meeting people, and shaping business opportunities.
About the Role:
As a Networker, you’ll be out in the market building valuable connections with tenants, commercial agents, landlords, project managers, and asset managers. You’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities, represent OP Group at industry events, and help fuel our project pipeline with your network and insight. You'll be key in helping us grow by spotting opportunities, raising awareness of who we are and what we do, and bringing fresh energy into every conversation.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a natural ability in building relationships and a genuine passion for meeting new people
- Are confident in hosting networking events and client meetings
- Can spot commercial opportunities and know how to bring them into the business
- Are well-organised, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling meetings, events, and research
- Understand the property or workplace design sector

- Business development experience in the workplace design industry or similar sector
- A strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
