What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and strategic outreach via LinkedIn, CoStar, and industry databases to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Enrich CRM records with detailed intelligence on prospective clients.
• Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and actionable with up-to-date contact details, notes, and lead statuses.
• Own the process from first contact to appointment booking, ensuring a seamless handover to Project Directors.
• Build and maintain a forward‑looking pipeline of high‑value opportunities, advancing leads through the sales funnel.
• Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure strong communication and tailored collateral for prospects.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to enrich conversations and spot emerging opportunities.
• Seek feedback, refine your approach, and share valuable insights to support.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years minimum experience in a Business Development type role.
• A proactive, results‑driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and confident using platforms like LinkedIn and CoStar.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for CRM management.
• A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
