One of the UK’s most successful and rapidly expanding retail businesses are seeking a strategically focused, hands-on Technology professional to transform, develop and lead their Technology Operations function. This broad, varied and demanding role entails responsibility for strategy execution and continuous improvement of a technology infrastructure whilst ensuring appropriate security and service levels are maintained.

- Degree level with an in depth understanding of an Azure based infrastructure (networking, security, governance, continuous improvement, cost optimisation)
- A minimum of 10 years progressive Technology experience
- A minimum of 3 years Technology leadership experience
- Ability to create and implement Technology strategy to align with business objectives
- Thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure, security and service management principles
- Hands on Microsoft Azure Cloud Environment knowledge
- Vendor management knowledge
- Familiarity with a multi site environment (retail preferred)
- Highly developed communication style
- Negotiation skills
