Our client, an expanding Farnborough-based supplier of modern bespoke lighting products and solutions, is looking for a proactive and highly organised professional to provide vital administrative support across various aspects of project operations, including production, installations, scheduling, documentation, and process improvement. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational deadlines are achieved and that administrative responsibilities across the Operations Team are completed accurately and to a high standard.
Personal skills/attributes required:
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Clear and professional communication with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple streams of documentation simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving and ownership of project deliverables
- Previous project co-ordination experience, including risk management and stakeholder management is advantageous
