About Oosh
Great nights, group trips and shared houses are all fun. Sorting the money after? Not so much. That’s where Oosh comes in. From taxis to takeaways, bills to beers, Oosh makes sharing money simple, clear and instant. Add expenses, track who owes who in real time, and settle up in seconds.
We’re looking for two creative, driven and enthusiastic Social Media Interns to help us create noise and bring our summer campaigns to life. This isn’t your typical social media summer internship. You won’t be stuck behind a desk, you’ll be out in London creating content, filming real moments, and bringing the brand to life. You’ll have real creative freedom, real responsibility, and a genuine impact on what we’re building. It’s a high energy, high growth time for Oosh, and you’ll be right in the middle of it.
We’re a small, ambitious team where ideas move quickly, everyone has a voice, and we have a lot of fun along the way. We care about what we’re building, the people we work with and the users we’re creating it for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking charge of social media and content creation to communicate the value of Oosh, our activations and journey as a startup
- Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (from idea to publish)
- Spot trends and adapt them to the Oosh brand
- Test different formats, hooks, and creative ideas
- Support social channels by driving organic growth, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance using company integrated tools.
- Contribute ideas to campaigns, activations, and brand partners
- Work on viral moments and creative experiments
- Working under head of marketing, to learn and help you achieve your ideas
What We’re Looking For
- You are not required to have loads of experience, but you do need energy, creativity and confidence
- Comfortable creating short-form video content and being in front of the camera
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to get stuck in
- Bonus:
- Experience running a social account
- Interest in startups, fintech, or consumer apps
- Experience in ambassador/student marketeer programmes
What Makes This Different
- Real ownership - your work goes live and makes an impact
- Small, high energy team where ideas move fast
- Exposure to content, growth, campaigns, and how a startup actually operates
How to Apply

- Add a Google Drive link onto your CV or send it via email to imogen.sinker@paypots.com
- (Optional) Links to any content you’ve created (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
