POSITION SUMMARY
LSC is growing and evolving, we want you to grow with us! Licensed Support is seeking an ABA Center Director that will help accelerate the growth, expansion and new direction of our ABA center and services. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality ABA services focused on early intervention while driving growth through new client acquisition and strategic community partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Growth and Business Development: Develop relationships that drive new client intake by:
- Building and maintaining relationships with families, schools, pediatricians, and community organizations to identify ASD needs and introduce our services
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipelines, and conversion metrics
- Human Resources & Culture: Responsible for hiring and retaining qualified administrative and clinical staff through:
- Recruiting, hiring, and managing the onboarding and talent life cycle
- Coaching and developing clinical and admin teams to ensure individualized, compassionate, direct care is consistent
- Knowledge of NH employment guidelines and ability to work independently, and autonomously develop solutions to complex problems, escalating only when necessary
- Operational Leadership & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day operations and managing the ABA Center and home services teams to include:
- Staff scheduling, building operations, marketing, resource optimization, and ensuring 100% ABA service is provided, including the growth of client and service ratios
- Submitting new clients to intake team accurately and managing the pipeline from leads to active ABA service
- Reviewing RBT and BCBA assignments, with active cases and reauthorizations; serving as liaison to headquarters (HQ) for insurance submission and compliance
- Proven success in leading, managing, and developing multidisciplinary teams while continuing to develop the center’s standard operating procedures (SOP)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree – Preferred, High School Diploma - Required
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in general operations and management – Required, Experience in ABA services or the behavioral health community - Preferred
SKILLS & CORE COMPETENCES
- Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition
- Proficiency in managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results
- Data-Driven Decision-Making utilizing KPIs to monitor and deliver quality ABA services and growth
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong business acumen and expertise in electronic data tracking and collection systems
- Ability to independently manage a multi-faceted ABA center with high accountability
- Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus
