At Learning Ladders ABA, we are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 10-year-old client for approximately 25 hours per week. If you’re passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we’d love to have you on our team.
Hours: Monday- Friday (2:10 - 7:15pm)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings.
- Accurately collect data and document sessions in the Rethink app within 24 hours.
- Follow and maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in new hire check-ins to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with families and report observations to your supervising BCBA.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Current RBT certification.
- Familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for supporting the autism community.
