Current Opportunity: We're actively growing our team in Aberdeen and are hiring CBTs for current and upcoming home and school-based cases.

- Setting: Home and/or school-based
- Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability and your availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align
- Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

What You'll Do:
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behaviour intervention programs
- Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
What You'll Need:
Required:
- Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
- Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioural data
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
- Willingness to provide in-person services
Preferred:
- Previous ABA therapy experience
- Two or more years of experience working with children
- Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
