An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is REQUIRED for this position. We will NOT contact or move forward with applicants who do not currently hold an active WA State CBT certification. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification. This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

Current Opportunity: We're actively growing our team in Aberdeen and are hiring CBTs for current and upcoming home and school-based cases.

  • Location: Aberdeen/Hoquiam, Washington
  • Setting: Home and/or school-based
  • Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability and your availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align
  • Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behaviour intervention programs
  • Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings
  • Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
  • Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
  • Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You'll Need:

Required:

  • Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
  • Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioural data
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
  • Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred:

  • Previous ABA therapy experience
  • Two or more years of experience working with children
  • Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
