The Purpose

Responsible for the sales & revenue of Ooredoo products and services for new and existing B2B Accounts. Manage the KAM daily work. Lead the front-line sales team in acquiring and retaining Ooredoo B2B customers to achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly targets, acquire more profitable customers in the B2B market within Kuwait. Follow the process laid down in acquisition, fulfilling the prerequisite documents in the process of registering corporate customers. Ensure Ooredoo Business requirements for lead management in building a healthy sales funnel using salesforce management systems such as RAS, Seibel etc.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development plans targeting B2B customers in Kuwait to ensure growth.
  • Supervise the daily work of the Key Account Managers in charge of increasing sales of Ooredoo products and services.
  • Assess customers’ needs through constant consultation before and after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
  • Provide training for all the KAMs on RAS activities (System wise), product knowledge and procedure.
  • Achieve and communicate to the reporting line the Mobile business (voice line and data targets) and ICT business as determined by the Senior Manager, SME & SOHO aligning the B2B budget/AOP.
  • Achieve and communicate to the reporting line the revenue targets determined by the Senior Manager, SME & SOHO.
  • Support the Key Account Manager who has personal contacts to deal with large multinationals, with technical issues and relationship management, as required.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to Key Account Managers, as required to ensure adequate knowledge is shared and sales skills are developed.
  • Create and follow a performance management system, where certain actions are taken to improve and notify the subordinate of the consequences of not achieving the targets.
  • Provide leads through personal market contacts.
  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Follow the process for Pre-sales acquisition & post-sales activities.
  • Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, SME & SOHO.

Qualifications

Bachelor in business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.

Requirements

  • Required 5-6 years of related work experience in Kuwait.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Well-connected in the business community with strong networking potential and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Microsoft Office.
