Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering amazing products that customers love? Do you love to make things happen? If so, keep reading! Ooni is looking for a Project Manager to join our awesome Product team to help ensure we deliver on our promise of providing high-quality products to cost and on schedule. This is a hybrid role, working 4 days per week from our office in Broxburn, Scotland.
What you’ll do:
- Develop integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets, driving projects through the full development process from initial ideas through to mass manufacture and global launch.
- Manage multiple projects at once, working closely with our development teams, wider business functions and overseas manufacturing partners.
- Always look for a better way to do things. You’ll champion the tools and processes that help us move fast without losing our way, turning 'lessons learned' into our new standard.
- Report to the Head of Product Programme Management, but be expected to take ownership of running product development streams.
- We’re not looking for a 'note-taker'—we’re looking for someone who loves the detail of a Gantt chart but never loses sight of the big picture: getting an incredible product into a customer's hands.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in project management
- Practical experience in development of hardware products / consumer goods
- Degree or qualification in relevant field
- A passion for creative problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, optimistic and solutions orientated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers
