Since launching the world’s first portable wood-pellet pizza oven in 2012, Ooni has grown into an award-winning, multinational company with a product range loved by pizza makers all over the globe.
Our mission has always been to design innovative products that spark joy in our customers, and whilst we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished so far - we’re only just getting started.
We’re looking for a Junior Net Suite systems Administrator to support our day to day operations in a small team that gets involved in everything.
You’ll very quickly find all of your fingers in as many individual pies as possible.
Pizza pies.
Har har.
Because we do pizza ovens (amongst other things!), and people in North America call it a pizza pie?
I think?
Look: It’s a System Admin job where you’ll also be responsible for monitoring connections going in and out of our Enterprise software.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on with a live, business-critical Net Suite environment with opportunities to interact with 100+ users and systems across the entire operation.
There’s a lot of room to specialise and grow whilst helping us keep the lights on.
- What you’ll be doing
- Setting up and onboarding new Net Suite users, and offboarding leavers.
- Monitoring our order flows and integrations, reporting and cataloguing errors and irregularities, and then following up with the relevant specialists.
- Reviewing Net Suite performance and error reports, escalating where necessary.
- Assisting teams in building and scheduling saved searches and dashboards.
- Curating user permissions so they're appropriate and specific to job roles.
- Triaging and categorising user error reports and requests for new functionality.
- Reviewing and maintaining our Net Suite environment and its regular maintenance, including supporting sandbox environments.
- Helping administer our Net Suite learning platform, and eventually facilitating or delivering training.
What you’ll need to succeed
We have a good history of incubating juniors into Dangerously Powerful specialists, so we’re much more interested in your potential than your experience.
You might be a great fit if you have
- Some hands-on exposure to Net Suite (through study, an internship, or a junior role) - or experience with another ERP/business system and real enthusiasm to specialise in Net Suite.
- An interest in e-commerce, EDI, or integrations (Think Shopify, Mirakl, SPS, AWS, Celigo.) These sorts of services should either be familiar to you, or something you know you can brush up on quickly.
See bullet point 3.
- Absolutely no hesitation to say “I don’t know” when that statement is true, and a commitment to then finding out.
- An ability to comfortably go from team to team and maintain a rapport across a very wide range of capabilities.
You should be technical minded but able to differentiate for different audiences.
- Familiarity with Workflow automations, think Slack Workflows, Zapier, n8n, and a general comfort with picking up new software quickly.
- You are comfortable working with a team that decided this job post needed jokes, but didn’t actually work very hard on said jokes.
Why Ooni?

How to prepare for a job interview at Ooni
✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills
For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Ooni uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.
✨Showcase Your Projects
Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.
✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions
While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
