Since launching the world’s first portable wood-pellet pizza oven in 2012, Ooni has grown into an award-winning, multinational company with a product range loved by pizza makers all over the globe. Our mission has always been to design innovative products that spark joy in our customers, and whilst we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished so far - we’re only just getting started. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our office in Edinburgh.
What you’ll do
- Daily management
- Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all loyalty, cashback, and incentive-based affiliates (e.g., Rakuten, Honey, RetailMeNot, Perkbox).
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute monthly promotional calendars, including exclusive vanity codes, increased cashback tenancies, and seasonal placements.
- Compliance & Brand Safety: Monitor partner sites to ensure brand guidelines are met, expired offers are removed, and unauthorized codes are suppressed.
- Active Prospecting: Identify and vet high-potential partners beyond traditional cashback, focusing on niche loyalty apps, employee benefit platforms (B2B2C), and "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) shopping hubs.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Regularly audit competitor presence on incentive sites to identify "gap" opportunities where our brand is underrepresented.
- Outreach & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment funnel—from initial cold outreach and "pitching" the brand value proposition to technical integration and first-sale activation.
- Diversification: Proactively source partners that reach untapped demographics, ensuring the program isn’t over-reliant on a single large-scale loyalty site.
- Reporting: Track and report on key KPIs including ROAS, New Customer Acquisition (NCA) rates, and/or Average Order Value (AOV) specific to the incentive segment.
- Optimization & ROI: Analyze performance data to ensure incentive partners are driving incremental sales rather than just "coupon-stacking" at checkout.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a partnerships based role.
- Highly organized and responsive; proven ability to manage multiple threads while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining excellent, timely communication with partners.
- Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally, effectively communicating affiliate needs to internal creative and finance teams.
- Proactive, solutions-driven approach and an inquisitive nature.
- A natural interest in digital trends (like how TikTok influencers or BNPL apps are changing shopping) to help identify new growth areas.
