Junior Project Manager, Product in Edinburgh

Ooni is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our awesome Product team to help ensure we deliver on our promise of providing high-quality products to cost and on schedule. This is a hybrid role, working 4 days per week from our office in Broxburn, Scotland.

What you’ll do:

• Develop project plans with support from the Project Management team, driving projects through the full development process from initial ideas through to mass manufacture and global launch.
• Manage multiple smaller scale projects at once, working closely with our development teams, wider business functions and overseas manufacturing partners.
• Work closely alongside our Packaging & Labelling team to support delivery across key projects.
• Always look for a better way to do things. You’ll champion the tools and processes that help us move fast without losing our way, turning 'lessons learned' into our new standard.
• Report to the Head of Product Programme Management, but we’ll give you the space and support to take real ownership of specific project streams as you grow.
• We’re not looking for a 'note-taker'—we’re looking for someone who loves the detail of a Gantt chart but never loses sight of the big picture: getting an incredible product into a customer's hands.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in project management related activities.
• Practical experience or a deep interest in development of hardware products / consumer goods.
• Degree or qualification in relevant field.
• A passion for creative problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player, optimistic and solutions orientated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with overseas manufacturers.
