As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the UK membership sector. You’ll be handling incoming enquiries and initiating outbound communications, to ensure that our sales team has a ready pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Identify and target membership organisations (professional bodies, trade associations, etc) through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, events, and telemarketing).
- Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to profile organisations and their drivers, understand their pain points, and qualify enquiries and book appointments for the Sales team.
- Articulate the benefits of our solutions, including our oomiCRM platform, and our website and digital services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain clean and accurate prospecting and communication records with CRM (using Pipedrive) to track your progress and forecast effectively. Liaise with our Sales team and provide regular updates and reports.
Experience: at least 3 years in a B2B customer service, marketing, sales or lead generation role, preferably within enterprise software solutions.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms (e.g. Sales Navigator).
