Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:Oversee and manage SEO accounts to achieve renewal revenue targets and foster portfolio growth.
- Client Liaison:Act as the primary contact between clients and the agency for all SEO-related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Campaign Briefs:Participate in client campaign briefs to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.
- SEO Insights:Provide expert SEO recommendations and insights to help clients meet their marketing objectives.
- Client Relations:Build and strengthen client relationships through regular contact via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Campaign Monitoring:Monitor day-to-day campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on results and making timely recommendations.
- Internal Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and outputs for clients.
- Performance Improvement:Review and implement initiatives to enhance clientsβ digital campaign performance.
- Reporting:Generate and present detailed reports to clients, providing insights into campaign performance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience:You have 2-4 years of experience in SEO or a related field.
- SEO Knowledge:You possess a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and technical SEO.
- Tools Proficiency:You are skilled in using keyword research and data mining tools, and familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
