Refrigeration Operations & Growth Manager
Warrington (office-based, with travel across the North West and occasional trips South)
£48k to £55k depending on experience, plus a generous profit-related bonus, a company car or allowance, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and a pension. The role starts in early January 2027.
OOH Cooling is a growing, family-run commercial refrigeration and air conditioning specialist based in Warrington. We look after hospitality and commercial clients across the North West, and we have engineers in the South too.
We're looking for someone to run the business day to day. You'll report directly to the MD and have a real say in where we go next. This is a management role, not a role on the tools.
What you'll do
- Lead our field engineering team's scheduling, KPIs and service standards
- Win new business with pubs, hotels, restaurants and cold-storage sites
- Survey sites and quote for installations and PPM contracts
- Look after our key accounts and grow them
What you'll need
- Experience managing mobile engineers or a service department, ideally in HVAC, refrigeration or building services
- Enough technical knowledge to quote commercial refrigeration accurately
- A record of winning or managing contracts
- A full UK driving licence
