Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DeFi Developer with a strong background in backend development to spearhead the development of our protocol. As the Lead DeFi Developer, you will lead a team of developers, guiding them through the design, implementation, and deployment phases of a scalable and secure DeFi protocol and backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of DeFi solutions, ensuring all technical aspects are meticulously addressed.

Design and implement robust backend infrastructure tailored to support dAPPs.

Architect and develop smart contracts on an EVM chain.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business logic.

Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of our DeFi solutions, staying ahead of emerging threats and opportunities.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in web3, DeFi, and backend frameworks, integrating relevant innovations into our platform.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in blockchain, ideally in a leadership role.

Extensive expertise in backend development, with proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Go, or Rust.

Strong grasp of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols.

Proficiency in Solidity and hands-on experience with EVM smart contract development.

Proven track record in building and deploying DeFi protocols, with a keen understanding of the associated challenges and opportunities.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Solidity and other relevant programming languages used in blockchain development.

Experience in building and integrating DEXs.

Previous experience leading and motivating teams of developers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
