This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on site in Glasgow and is inside IR35 so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

- Supporting squad/agile team leaders in enabling work to flow through our established Lean-agile workflow.
- Provision of coaching and support for squad/agile team members to enable lean-agile thinking and adoption of the method.
- Leading across key lean-agile events within our delivery cadence i.e. Daily Scrums, Retrospectives and Planning sessions.
- Upskilling across lean-agile tooling to support teams with the overall adoption of the method.
- Practitioners should be able to support teams day to day, in their ability to execute against key initiatives across our model.
