The Role & Team:

You’ll primarily provide day to day support to our ExCo members, as well as managing our Oxford Office. You will report into the Senior EA and be involved in a range of activities from coordinating meetings and projects through to organising Company events and internal activities. You'll be highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

What you’ll be getting up to:

  • Providing day to day support to our ExCo members including diary management, inbox management, coordination of meetings and preparation of agendas and follow up actions.
  • Ensure effective governance of meetings by taking minutes and tracking actions.
  • Act as a central coordination point for projects and priorities.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the Oxford office, including facilities, suppliers, contractors and day to day operational needs.
  • Organising Company events and assisting with lunches for any internal or external meetings.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for our visitors in the Oxford Office.
  • Managing the day-to-day organisation of the office.

Nice to have skills:

  • Previous experience of working as an EA with senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience of providing high quality professional minutes.
  • Strong admin and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and problem solve.
