The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Manager to maintain, embed, and continuously improve our established third-party supplier framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance across the business, holding third-party suppliers to account, and driving value through effective supplier management.
What you’ll be getting up to:
- Maintain, embed, and enhance the existing third-party supplier framework.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
- Manage and hold third-party suppliers accountable for performance, quality, cost, and contract obligations.
- Develop strong working relationships with SLT members and key stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate risks and ensure business continuity and resilience.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier onboarding processes.
- Provide strategic advice on procurement matters to support decision-making at the executive level.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
