Regional Account Manager – Midlands
Field based position with one day per week from home. Require coverage of postcode areas: ST, DE, TF, WV, DY, WR, CV, NN, LE, NG, PE, LN. Salary is £55,000 plus yearly company bonus. Package includes company car, iPad, laptop, and phone.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers in the assigned region.
- Consistently achieve and exceed regional volume and profit targets.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face dealer meetings to review performance, gather feedback and identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction.
- Maintain oversight of dealer behaviour, conduct, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to Consumer Duty obligations and other regulatory responsibilities.
- Monitor, track and report account performance through detailed reports.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities meeting onboarding criteria.
- Pitch to prospective accounts and support them throughout onboarding.
- Train and guide new and existing dealers through systems and criteria.
- Participate in industry events and networking to expand business contacts.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
- Plan and manage a structured schedule of dealer visits to maximise regional coverage.
- Take ownership of diary management, prioritising time and resources.
