What the job involves
- You’ll primarily provide day to day support to our ExCo members, as well as managing our Oxford Office.
- You will report into the Senior EA and be involved in a range of activities from coordinating meetings and projects through to organising Company events and internal activities.
- Providing day to day support to our ExCo members including diary management, inbox management, coordination of meetings and preparation of agendas and follow up actions.
- Ensure effective governance of meetings by taking minutes and tracking actions.
- Act as a central coordination point for projects and priorities.
- Oversee the smooth running of the Oxford office, including facilities, suppliers, contractors and day to day operational needs.
- Organising Company events and assisting with lunches for any internal or external meetings.
- Acting as the first point of contact for our visitors in the Oxford Office.
- Managing the day-to-day organisation of the office.
