The Role & Team:

The Sales Manager will be part of the Commercial Senior Leadership Team and will lead, coach, and develop a team of eight field-based Account Managers to deliver dealer acquisition, account growth, and retention strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage and develop a team of 8–10 Account Managers, providing regular coaching, feedback and support.
  • Dealer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Drive acquisition of new dealer partners and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor KPIs aligned to sales targets and compliance standards.
  • Commercial Delivery: Understand the drivers of account profitability and execute regional growth plans.
  • Field Presence: Represent Oodle with dealers across the UK.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions quickly.
