About The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Social Media Content Creator to join our agency team on a freelance basis, supporting the creation and delivery of social‑first content across multiple brands. This role sits at the intersection of creator collaboration, content production, and platform‑native execution, ideal for someone who is confident behind the camera, comfortable editing short‑form video, and organised when working across several client accounts at once. You’ll work closely with Social Media Managers, Strategists, and Creatives to bring content calendars to life, support UGC creator partnerships, and produce timely, engaging content both in our studio and on location. We’ll typically brief weekly with weekly turnaround required, but this will vary based on client demand.
Content Creation & Production
- UGC content production: Film and edit social‑first, creator‑style short‑form video for TikTok, produced in‑studio and on location, including reactive, trend‑led, and performance‑driven formats.
- Livestream content production (teaser, BTS, and post‑live clips): Support live moments through the creation of pre‑live teasers, behind‑the‑scenes content, and post‑live highlight cut‑downs to drive discovery, attendance, and conversion.
- High‑production product content: Capture and edit elevated, studio‑quality product shots and storytelling assets optimised for vertical video, ensuring brand consistency while remaining platform‑native and culturally relevant.
- Edit and repurpose existing footage into platform‑optimised assets across multiple channels.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines while remaining platform‑native and culturally relevant.
- Assist with organising content libraries, versioning, and usage rights.
- Contribute creative ideas and formats to support always‑on and campaign content plans.
- Work closely with internal teams including Social Media and Live Operations to ensure smooth content delivery.
- Support fast‑turnaround requests and reactive content needs in a dynamic agency environment.
What you will bring
Essential skills and experience for the role:
- Experience creating and editing short‑form video for social media (agency or brand side).
- Strong editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
- Confident filming content on mobile and/or camera, both in studio and on location.
- Excellent understanding of social platforms, trends, and content best practices (TikTok).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
Additional skills a bonus:
- Experience working on campaigns for the German market and/or fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with content calendar tools and asset management systems.
- Basic understanding of analytics and what drives social performance.
- Agency experience managing multiple clients.
