  • Contribute to brand and campaign development across multiple channels
  • Interpret briefs and help take projects from concept through to delivery
  • Prepare artwork for digital use and assist with print-ready files where needed
  • Work collaboratively with designers, account teams, and external partners
  • Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines across multiple projects
  • Present ideas internally with growing confidence

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in a design role (agency experience a bonus but not essential)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout, and typography skills
  • Interest in digital design, including web, social, and motion/video
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro) is beneficial
  • Understanding of design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, typography)
  • Good attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop quickly
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Additionally, it would be great if you have

  • Experience of web design tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma etc.)
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Interest in motion graphics or video editing
  • Awareness of AI-assisted design tools
  • Experience working within brand guidelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Previous experience in healthcare communication or a related field is a plus
