In this role you will work within a skilled assembly team, supporting the production of high‑quality mechanical and electro/mechanical assemblies. You will receive full training while developing skills in assembly, testing, quality procedures and working with specialist tools and equipment. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong interest in engineering, manufacturing or practical hands‑on work looking to join a company who will invest in their future development and progression.
THE ROLE:- Assembling mechanical and electro/mechanical components using tools, fixtures and engineering drawings
- Testing and inspecting assemblies in line with quality procedures and specifications
- Working within a clean, organised production environment while following 5S and safety standards
- Supporting wider production activities and contributing to team targets
- Receiving full training with opportunities to progress into skilled assembly and technician roles
