- Senior BA with overall IT experience from 8-10 years in business analyst role with:
- Good knowledge of gathering business requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong in stakeholder communication
- Strong knowledge of Banking domain
- Strong knowledge of any of the Core Banking platform and Core Banking domain
- Strong knowledge in BPMN processes
- Good experience working in multi-supplier environments
- Strong experience gathering the requirements for the data migration projects
- Strong experience analyzing the table, schemas, data attributes and advising which one to migrate and how to migrate
- Strong experience in developing the data mapping based on the data migration requirements
- Strong experience in doing the impact assessment for the data migration activities
