Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, plus progression, holiday, travel, pension and training.

Location: Chewton Mendip – hybrid (remote & office near Bath).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st‑line and some 2nd‑line support to a variety of businesses.
  • Assist with quoting, invoicing and other administrative tasks.
  • Work with Office 365, Active Directory and Freshworks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in service desk or IT support.
  • Proficient with Windows (desktop and server), Office 365 and Active Directory.
