In this varied role, you will travel to customer sites across the South West to maintain, diagnose and repair enterprise servers, storage, networking and telephony equipment. You will also support infrastructure installations and technical projects, working across products from manufacturers including Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Dell and Oracle.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience supporting enterprise IT hardware, networks, servers, storage or voice systems in a field-based environment. You must have strong fault-finding skills, excellent customer-facing abilities and a full driving licence.

The Role:- Field-based installation, maintenance and repair of enterprise IT infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, network and telephony faults
- Work across servers, storage, networking, cabling and voice technologies
- Support technical projects and infrastructure installations
- Cover customer sites throughout South West England
- Participate in a 24/7 emergency call-out rota
- Experience supporting enterprise IT hardware, networking, servers, storage or telephony
- Strong fault-finding, triage and diagnostic abilities
- Field service or customer-site engineering experience
- Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Dell or Oracle equipment would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable with occasional overtime, weekend work and emergency call-outs
