About the role
As a Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer, you’ll lead a 24/7 Operations Centre shift, bringing together monitoring, response and platform teams into one coordinated function. You’ll set direction, manage priorities and ensure the safe, effective operation of DVLA’s critical infrastructure and services. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance incident response, operational delivery and continuous improvement, while bringing teams together to work in a consistent, collaborative way.
