You will take a lead role on projects, ensuring delivery from start to finish while maintaining high technical standards. You will also act as a mentor to junior engineers, supporting their development and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment. This position offers the opportunity to showcase leadership skills while remaining hands-on with cutting-edge technology.
The Role:
- Travel across the UK delivering AV and IT installation projects
- Work on networking, servers, switches, hardware assembly, and cabling
- Lead projects from initial setup through to completion
- Mentor and support junior engineers within the team
- Contribute technical expertise to ensure successful delivery

- Experienced engineer within AV/IT projects.
