Are you an experienced Electro / Mechanical Assembler looking to join a market‑leading manufacturing business where quality, innovation and staff development are at the heart of everything they do? In this role you will work within a cross‑trained team assembling and testing mechanical and electro‑mechanical assemblies using engineering drawings, procedures and specialist assembly equipment. You will play an important role in maintaining quality standards, achieving production targets and supporting continuous improvement activities across the department.

The Role
  • Assemble mechanical and electro‑mechanical products from engineering drawings and procedures
  • Carry out testing and inspection activities using approved procedures, jigs and fixtures
  • Work with hand tools, power tools, torque tools and specialist assembly equipment
  • Support production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
  • Follow ISO quality procedures, ESD controls and engineering specifications
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment
The Person
  • Previous experience assembling mechanical and/or electro‑mechanical products
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
  • Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment within a manufacturing setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to follow technical instructions, procedures and engineering documentation
  • Engineering drawing interpretation skills would be advantageous but are not essential
